What if I need to return a product?

All product sales are final. However, if you have an issue with a product, some devices may have a manufacturer's warranty. This would be handled through the manufacturer, not through us. Please see the item description on the website for details.

How much should I expect to pay for shipping?

The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout once you enter your shipping address. We use a software program to determine shipping costs, and it is not always accurate. In the event you’re overcharged, we will credit your account any overage (less $6 handling) for you to use towards your next order.

Why don’t you offer a flat rate or free shipping?

Advanced Aesthetics Source is a solo esthetician business, and I personally ship out every order. I want my fellow solo estheticians to be successful, which is why I keep my prices as low as possible. Unlike many companies, we don’t inflate product pricing to include the cost of shipping! This keeps our pricing affordable and transparent. 

What is the “Unboxing” option I see at checkout?

This is for you if you’re ordering a large item and want to save additional money on shipping. I take a very large boxed item and put it into smaller packaging to save weight and space.

It’s a premium optional service at an additional cost of $8 to cover the repackaging supplies plus my time. Ultimately, this service will lower your shipping cost. 

How long does a shipment take?

Once you place your order, I ship USPS Priority within 1-2 business days. Because USPS does not guarantee a shipping time, I can’t either. (How I wish I could!) But once your order leaves my hands, it's completely out of my control. I am not responsible for missing packages, theft, loss, damage, etc.

However, I do offer Route Insurance for an additional cost! To add that, check the “Route Insurance” box at checkout. 

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We have recently made the decision to only ship within the USA. However, if you have a forwarding service with a U.S. mailing address, I can send it there!

Why? Many countries don’t require licensing, and it’s very difficult to track certifications. On top of that, customs, duties and shipping make it cost-prohibitive. Maybe one day we’ll go international!

Do you offer Drop Shipping?

We do! Instead of giving your address when placing an order, give your client’s shipping address instead. And if you don’t want a packing slip from us in the package, let us know in the “notes” section. 

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. In that email, you’ll be able to click on a link to track your package!

My package says it was delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do? 

Step 1: Cover all of your bases! Ask other household members or staff and check your leasing offices, reception areas, neighbors with a similar address, mailboxes and all entrances to your home. 

Step 2: If you still can’t find it, check to see if you purchased Route Shipping Insurance. You can find this information in your order confirmation email.

Step 3: If your package is marked as delivered and you purchased insurance, you can file a claim by clicking here. Have your order number/confirmation email ready so you can fill out the necessary forms for the claim.
