How can I join your Facebook group?

Can I join the Facebook group if I’m not a licensed esthetician? What if I’m studying to become one?

The Facebook group is for licensed professionals and students only. You'll need to request to join and submit your current professional license for approval. We do accept students with a student license or enrollment documentation!

I’m just getting started as a solo esthetician and I have no idea where to begin. What do you recommend?

What do you sell?

We sell skincare lines for solo estheticians, salons, dermatologists and MedSpas to use in the treatment room, along with cutting-edge devices that create real results.

I’m not an esthetician. Can I still buy your products?

Nope, sorry! The products we sell are for professional use in the treatment room or for retail to be sold to clients. If you want to try an advanced skincare treatment, this is your sign to schedule an appointment with your local esthetician!

Can you help me decide which products to order?

If you need help with creating orders, you can set up a 30-minute Product Discovery Call for $100. You’ll receive the full $100 back as product credit if you place an order within 48 hours!

I don’t see product prices. How can I find out how much items cost?

You must apply to create an account, which will allow you to see prices and place an order.

How do I create an account to place an order?

You’ll purchase through this website! But first, you must fill out an application where you’ll upload your esthetician license. Note that in order to be approved, you must have a valid & current professional licensure! 

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to approve your application. Once your application is approved, we will create your account and share your login information. Then you can shop on the website!

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept credit/debit card, and Afterpay. 

Note: PayPal does not allow the sale of goods with hemp or CBD. If you have a product in your cart with those ingredients, PayPal will not show as a valid payment method, and you’ll need to choose credit/debit.

Where can I find protocols for using products and/or devices?

You must have an account in order to see protocols. Once you’re logged in, under the main menu, visit Education > Protocols. 

How does the 4% Advanced Rewards program work?

When you spend $400 or more on products, you’ll receive 4% of that amount back as store credit to use on your next purchase!

*Note that machines/devices, discounted products, shipping and insurance costs do not count toward the $400 minimum to activate rewards.

Can I add to my order after it’s already been placed?

No, but you can place a second order! If I see both of your orders come through before I ship, I will do my best to package them together.  I will issue you a store credit for the shipping cost difference, if applicable. Please understand that I ship quickly & your orders may not be able to be combined depending on timing.
