Apply the sheet mask to clean skin and remove the protective films. Allow oxygen bubbles to form for 5 minutes (up to 7 minutes depending on skin tolerance). Using a spatula, gently remove the bubbles and repeat 2–3 times as needed. Follow with ultrasonic or cooling device for 5 minutes. Remove the mask and massage with lukewarm water to remove any remaining bubble residue.
